During the Engineer stage, we recursively develop and deliver the system applications and infrastructure. This stage has three phases: Detailed Design, Implementation and Test.
In the engineering phase, we drill down into the requirements identified in the first architectural phase. This allows us to design the user interface, object model (functional and data requirements), data conversion, legacy interfaces, technical design, security requirements, standards and processes, and the engineering phase work-plan for each of the applications.
Following that, we begin production in the execution phase. Throughout this phase we iteratively develop, enhance and refine the applications and infrastructure until they are completed and ready for testing.
Finally, we rigorously test to ensure that the project meets all functional requirements and performs as expected. Once the systems have successfully met these requirements, theyre ready to be deployed. |
